In order for your video to be broadcast on TRACE URBAN or TRACE Tropical, please send us an SD or HD file or a Mini DV Cam PAL, Digital Betacam or Betacam SP 16:9 aspect ratio (We prefer HD files).

The video will then be submitted to the viewing committee who will decide whether or not it will be admitted into the playlist. The viewing committee meets on Tuesdays and reaches a decision within 2 to 3 weeks.

Please do not forget to include the duly completed broadcasting contracts, as well as the copy of the RAV - RiSA broadcasting licence if the producer is a member of this organisation.

Warning: Videos without broadcasting contracts will not be submitted to the viewing committee.
